User Data Deletion Instructions
Effective Date: November 1, 2026
The ASD Publisher application is a proprietary, internal-only automation tool developed and operated by ASD Media LLC to manage and publish scheduled content across our own Facebook Pages.
The App does not support public authentication, does not request third-party login permissions, and does not capture, store, or process personal data from Facebook users.
Requesting Data Removal
Because no public user data is collected or retained, our systems do not maintain user profile records. However, in full alignment with Meta Platform Guidelines, if you believe that any personal data or interactions associated with your Facebook profile were inadvertently processed in our server logs, you may submit a deletion request by following these steps:
- Send an email to admin@asd-media.com.
- Include the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Provide relevant details (such as the URL of the specific post or page interaction) to help our engineering team identify any server log entries.
Upon receipt, our administrators will review server records and purge any matching records within seven (7) business days, followed by written confirmation sent to your email address.
